Impulsestorm is a community of free (and usually angry) thinkers. It was originally founded by me as a place to post my technical writings and other documentation. It seems to have evolved into much more.

I also maintain the famed "Proxy of AntiCensorship +1". The proxy can be used to bypass certain restrictions on your internet access and can be found at a location that is not posted here.

Regarding the program:

The program is entirely original work done using PHP and MySQL databases. If you would like the source code, talk to me - and I will most likely give you the code.

The code will be released under a BSD license, which pretty much means you can do whatever you want with it (including selling it, making it proprietary, etc.). You must give credit where credit is due. In other words - you can't take it and claim it as your own.

I used to have the license text here - but I realized that no one gives a shit.
